Job summary

Relais & Châteaux's Mii amo seeks an accomplished culinary leader to oversee all kitchen operations, menu development, and high-quality food production for a 5-star resort setting. You will manage budgeting, staffing, and standards in collaboration with the Enchantment team.

The role requires deep culinary expertise, strong supervisory experience, and a commitment to guest satisfaction and Forbes dining standards. This position is on-site at Mii amo.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent related work-related experience and/or training.
• Prefer 5+ years’ prior supervisory skills and hotel/resort culinary/food and beverage management experience.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee all culinary operations for Mii amo.
• Maintain high-quality food production at cost targets.
• Develop menus consistent with 5-star property standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and Forbes standards.
• Train, supervise, interview, hire, and review kitchen staff.
