Responsibilities

• Establishes department standards, guidelines, and budgets and manages staffing for proper planning and efficient operation.
• Maintains confidentiality of privileged information per company policy and state regulations.
• Reviews activities to gauge staffing levels, working conditions and profitability.
• Developing unique and cuisine-appropriate menus and staying current on industry trends.
• Hiring, training and supervising kitchen staff and directing meal preparation.

Education
