Job summary

The Rose Gaming Resort in Dumfries, Virginia, is seeking an Executive Chef to coordinate and manage all culinary performance across venues. You will lead a high-volume kitchen, develop menus, supervise staff, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance in a dynamic entertainment complex.

Requirements include a Culinary Degree with five years of experience (or equivalent), strong leadership, budgeting, and PC skills. Virginia Racing Commission License and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree plus five years of culinary experience, or equivalent
• Experience as manager or supervisor in a high-volume hospitality environment
• Excellent PC skills; Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills

Responsibilities
