Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as manager or supervisor in a high-volume hospitality environment strongly preferred.
• Must have excellent PC skills; Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Establish standards, guidelines, and objectives, and maintain budget and staffing for efficient operation.
• Hire, train and supervise kitchen staff.
• Develop menus and cuisine-appropriate concepts, while staying current on industry trends.
• Interact with vendors on food specs and pricing to ensure quality products.
• Prepare meals and provide prep support as needed.
