Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 5+ years progressive work experience in F&B operations, including 3 years in a supervisor capacity.
• Two years work experience with financial documents including budgeting, food cost analysis, and labor cost analysis.
• Must be at least twenty-one years of age.
• Ability to stand for longer than 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure World Class Guest Service through established standards.
• Train and supervise staff; manage schedules and payroll.
• Control costs, optimize food quality and safety, and handle guest feedback.
• Coordinate daily front- and back-of-house operations and end-of-day cashouts.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees; monitor policies and procedures.
• Oversee dining operations for various outlets and manage budgets.
