Ideal candidates bring proven leadership across multiple outlets, strong banquet/catering background, scratch-cooking expertise, and a track record of innovative menu development.

Qualifications

• Executive Chef experience in upscale luxury hotel or resort settings.
• Proven leadership across multiple culinary outlets (banquets, dining outlets, catering).
• Strong banquet, wedding, and catering experience.
• Scratch-cooking background with upscale restaurant exposure.
• Creative menu development and seasonal innovation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple culinary experiences including upscale dining, lounge, café, in-room dining, weddings, and events.
• Lead and develop Sous Chefs and culinary teams; manage hiring and training.
• Balance creativity with profitability, standard setting, and operational discipline.
