• Proven success as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in upscale environments.
• Experience overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Expertise in menu development, cost control, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Corporate Chef to maintain premium quality across all outlets.
• Direct daily food preparation, execution, and presentation.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, receiving, and storage control.
• Mentor kitchen staff, ensuring optimized production for service and events.
• Lead menu development and recipe standardization.
• Enforce kitchen protocols for allergies and dietary restrictions.
• Manage food and labor costs through forecasting and scheduling.
• Build relationships with regional suppliers to source local ingredients.
• Drive innovation while ensuring operational excellence.
• Provide hands-on leadership during peak service times.
