Job summary

Unidine is seeking an Executive Chef in Quakertown, PA to lead daily kitchen operations, recruit and train staff, and deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will manage food quality, safety, and cost controls while driving resident and client satisfaction.

You will develop menus with seasonal ingredients, oversee purchasing, and mentor a team of cooks to achieve show-quality presentations and consistent excellence across all meals and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience, depending upon formal degree or training.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary production and ensure food quality and safety.
• Direct menu development and seasonal specials.
• Maintain freshness and quality of produce and meat.
• Supervise cooks and food preparation staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation standards.
• Manage purchasing, receiving, and storage of food.
