Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Hands-on chef experience required.
• ServSafe certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary production and ensure food quality and safety standards.
• Develop menus with seasonal ingredients and oversee presentation.
• Control food cost and manage labor and budgeting.
• Oversee team of cooks and staff; provide coaching and guidance.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction with exceptional service.
