Outrigger is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the main kitchen at our resort. You will plan and implement budgets, hire, train, and supervise the culinary team, and apply marketing principles to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include creating menus for food outlets, Voyager 47, and banquets, and supporting F&B strategy and events in partnership with Sales and other departments.

• Advanced experience in resort/hotel kitchen operations.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Ability to plan and control budgets and menus.
