Qualifications

• 1 year of full-service restaurant Kitchen Manager experience or 3-5 years of service industry management experience.
• Associate’s degree in Culinary, Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
• State Food Handler’s Management Certification is required

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage kitchen operations to meet financial goals while maintaining quality.
• Direct and delegate tasks to culinary team and ensure recipe standards and cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory and ensure accuracy of sales, expenses and stock.
• Mentor and develop leadership within culinary managers and staff.
• Ensure shifts are staffed with qualified A-players and provide development plans.
• Document issues to ensure accountability and maintain professional working relationships.
