• Experience recruiting, selecting, orienting and training kitchen staff.
• Culinary Degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to standard recipes and techniques for quality and cost control.
• Prepares data for budget: projects annual food and labor costs; monitors results.
• Schedules and coordinates Sous Chefs and kitchen staff to meet budgeted labor costs.
