Qualifications

• 5+ years of Executive Chef experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and develop teams.
• Skilled in managing BOH systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize BOH operations, purchasing, inventory, and food costs.
• Provide leadership to hourly and management teams.
• Develop and execute seasonal menus with divisional leaders.
• Train BOH staff with culinary trainers.
• Audit BOH procedures quarterly.
• Purchase supplies with GM and chefs.
• Maintain recipe books and costing with GM.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop BOH staff.
• Promote teamwork across all teams.
• Handle guest, vendor, and staff issues with tact.
• Work varied shifts at multiple sites with travel as needed.
