Postino Winecafe is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations, drive financial results, and maintain a positive work environment. You will oversee daily kitchen functions, delegate tasks, and mentor culinary managers to deliver exceptional food experiences.

The role emphasizes inventory control, adherence to recipes, cleanliness, and safety, while fostering leadership development and teamwork across shifts.

Qualificações

• 1 year of full-service restaurant Kitchen Manager experience or 3–5 years of service industry management experience.
• Associate’s degree in Culinary, Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
• State Food Handler’s Management Certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional food experiences across the restaurant and ensure high levels of product quality, cleanliness and efficiency.
• Provide direction, delegate tasks, and mentor culinary managers and teams to meet daily objectives.
