The role includes menu planning, cost analysis, budgeting, staff supervision, inventory control, and ensuring food safety and service excellence across events and venues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Culinary or related degree required or equivalent.
• Food protection manager certification required.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop menus, and forecast portions.
• Analyze and cost food items.
• Recruit, supervise, train, schedule, discipline, and direct the culinary staff.
• Ensure compliance with budget and food quality standards.
