Job summary

Hotel Equities seeks an Executive Chef for the Marriott Fort Collins in Fort Collins, CO. This hands-on role leads restaurant, banquet, catering and hotel food production, working directly with the culinary team to prepare, plate and present high-quality dishes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Executive Chef experience.
• Formal culinary education from an accredited program is preferred.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, Hyatt or similar hotel brand standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations for the Marriott Fort Collins across restaurant, banquet, catering and hotel food production.
• Manage food and labor costs, menu development and inventory.
• Plan and manage procurement, production and presentation of all hotel food.
• Coach and develop kitchen staff and ensure high guest satisfaction.
