Hotel Equities, Inc. seeks an Executive Chef for the Marriott Fort Collins, CO. Lead all culinary operations, drive menu development, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hotel setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as an Executive Chef, formal culinary education, and prior brand-standard hotel experience. This is a full-time, on-site role offering strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Executive Chef experience.
• Formal culinary education from an accredited program preferred.
• Experience working with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, Hyatt, or similar hotel brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations for the Marriott Fort Collins across restaurant, banquet, catering and hotel food production.
• Hands-on role in daily kitchen operations, coaching staff and ensuring quality and guest satisfaction.
• Manage food and labor costs, menu development, inventory, staffing and kitchen operations within budget.
