You will oversee production, menu execution, and special events while maintaining high standards of food quality and resident satisfaction.

This exempt salaried role requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with a focus on operational excellence and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience leading culinary operations in healthcare or multi-site settings.
• Ability to develop seasonal menus and resident-driven programs.
• Proven track record in cost controls, budgeting, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations including production, menu execution, catering, and events.
• Maintain high quality, scratch or fresh-prepared foods aligned with standards.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and purchasing strategies.
• Ensure food safety, HACCP, ServSafe, and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, train, and develop culinary teams; conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Drive resident/patient satisfaction and innovative dining experiences.
