Qualifications

• Senior culinary leadership with 5+ years in executive roles.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, safety and quality standards.
• Experience with cost controls, inventory, and menu development.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate a diverse team with excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary excellence and ensure health, hotel standards and quality.
• Master the menu: all items, ingredients, pricing, and beverages.
• Develop and mentor staff; uphold safety procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership on short- and long-term financial goals.
• Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance for kitchen staff.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards and addressing feedback.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations: ordering, inventory, QA, and menu development.
