Qualifications

• Minimum four years of culinary management experience, preferably upscale restaurant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of front of house operations.
• Proficiency in ordering, menu costing, and labor forecasting.

• Develop innovatively designed menus with high-quality standards.
• Train, supervise, and coach kitchen staff according to company standards.
