Invited is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all kitchen operations, delivering high-quality, creative, and cost-efficient culinary experiences that align with Invited’s standards. This role involves planning diverse menus, supervising staff, and managing procurement and equipment.

The Executive Chef will ensure a safe, sanitary work environment, drive profitability, and collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional dining experiences for members and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years as Executive Chef with proven supervision of kitchen staff and cost controls.
• Valid county food handler’s and ServeSafe permit.

Responsibilities

• Plan menus, set prices with F&B Director and General Manager.
• Oversee kitchen operations to ensure quality and consistency.
• Manage food and labor costs within budget.
• Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff.
• Ensure health, safety, and licensing compliance.
