Job summary

The Kali Hotel & Rooftop, Autograph Collection, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks an Executive Chef to lead culinary vision for a multi-outlet, high-volume operation at Hollywood Park. You will manage food cost, labor, forecasting and productivity while delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.

Located near SoFi Stadium and other venues, this pre-opening role requires scale-ready leadership, menu development across Grab & Go, Lobby Bar Bites, a Three-Meal Restaurant and events, and

Qualifications

Significant Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience in high-volume settings.
Proven ability to manage multiple outlets and dayparts within one complex operation.
Track record of meeting food cost, labor, inventory and profitability targets.

Responsibilities

Lead culinary vision across all concepts and events.
Develop menus balancing creativity with operational feasibility and cost.
Run high-volume service including meetings, banquets and events with 200+ guests.
Partner with FOH leaders to optimize guest experience and throughput.
Ensure food safety, standards and consistency across outlets.
