Job summary

You will develop seasonal menus, mentor a talented kitchen team, manage food costs and budgeting, and partner with events to tailor catering for private functions. A culinary degree is preferred; strong leadership and high-volume experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Executive Chef in upscale, high-volume restaurant or catering/event establishment with at least $15M annual revenue.
• 5+ years of progressive BOH leadership in high-volume restaurant/event environments.
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for innovative dishes.

Responsibilities

• Lead all culinary operations in restaurant and private events with high standards of quality and presentation.
• Develop and execute seasonal menus showcasing creativity and excellence.
• Manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen budgeting to meet financial targets.
