The Executive Chef will coordinate with culinary teams to maintain quality, orchestrate production, and optimize food costs, while ensuring an engaging workplace for culinary professionals.

Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Extensive catering experience.
• High volume, complex foodservice operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines.
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation and sanitation.
• Maintains inventory and records for food and supplies.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
