Qualifications

• Years of experience as a talented Chef in a customer oriented, high-volume dining venue; ability to manage multiple priorities while producing an amazing product.
• Delights in seeing others enjoy your gourmet work.
• 4+ years in a supervisory role with leadership capabilities.
• Possesses and maintains ServSafe Certification. Healthcare, Hospitality, ServSafe, Cook, Sous Chef, Kitchen, Restaurant, Foodservice, Food and Beverage

Responsibilities

• Design delectable menu items for our Dining venues and community events.
• Create specialty items that differentiate each dining venue and events.
• Inspire, train and coach your culinary team, promoting a positive team approach daily.
• Ensure food safety protocols, HACCP for storage, handling and preparation of meals.
