Schulte Companies is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations with a focus on hospitality and service excellence. The role requires directing culinary teams, ensuring food safety, and maintaining cost controls while delivering a brilliant guest experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a culinary leadership role.
• Food safety certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and oversee kitchen operations including long- and short-term planning.
• Lead kitchen associates and managers, hire, train, coach, and conduct performance reviews.
• Procure, produce, and present food in a safe, sanitary, and cost-efficient manner.
• Monitor sanitation and equipment, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Develop and manage the department budget, control labor and food costs.
• Develop menus and backups to improve revenues while maintaining quality.
• Promote the Accident Prevention Program and minimize liabilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
