Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Executive Chef experience in a high-volume establishment.
• Culinary Arts degree preferred, but exceptional experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all kitchen activities and staff training.
• Manage labor and food cost controls and budgeting.
• Lead menu engineering and development; ensure safety and sanitation compliance.
