Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 5+ years in related food service experience.
• 5+ years in contract food service, high-end catering, and high-volume dining, with multi-unit experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP, sanitation, and food safety; ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-volume food production and catering operations.
• Develop menus and oversee purchasing and production.
• Ensure food safety, temperatures, and daily usage records.
• Build strong vendor relationships and manage costs.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for staff.
• Deliver high-end catering for events and special occasions.
