Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Executive Chef to lead on-site culinary operations at Grand Rapids venues. This role drives culinary vision across concessions, catering, VIP services and special events in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will develop menus, manage budgets, mentor kitchen and stewarding staff, ensure food safety and guest satisfaction, and collaborate with the General Manager and Director of Culinary to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 7 years of culinary experience in high-volume events.
• Previous culinary leadership experience preferred.
• Serve-Safe Manager certified.

Responsibilities

• Develop menus and maintain quality across events.
• Create production schedules and manage budgets.
• Hire and train kitchen and stewarding staff.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance.
