Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across concessions, catering/banquets, and VIP services for a fast-paced live events environment. You will drive culinary vision, optimize operations, and mentor talent while ensuring top-quality food, sanitation, and guest satisfaction.

The role reports to the Director of Culinary and collaborates with Finance and Facility Maintenance to deliver exceptional guest experiences and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 7 years of culinary experience in high-volume facility producing meals for large events.
• Previous culinary leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop menus to keep pace with industry trends and event needs.
• Inspect recipes for quality and compliance throughout production.
• Create production schedules to meet business demands.
• Manage department budget to control labor and food costs.
• Maintain kitchen equipment cleanliness and conduct annual maintenance.
• Lead and train kitchen staff to ensure Serve Safe compliance.
• Oversee food cost and budgeting goals for events.
• Produce menu proposals for large plated events and tastings.
