Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for concessions, catering, premium services, and special events at Grand Rapids venues. You will drive culinary vision, ensure food quality, sanitation, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment, reporting to the Director of Culinary.

You will collaborate with General Manager and Finance to deliver memorable guest experiences, manage budgets, and develop talent across kitchen and stewarding teams.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 7 years of culinary experience in high-volume events.
• Previous culinary leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop menu items to keep pace with industry trends and seasonal ingredients.
• Inspect recipe compliance and quality control across production.
• Create production schedules to meet business demands.
• Manage department budget to meet labor and cost of goods targets.
• Hire and train kitchen staff and ensure Serve-Safe compliance.
