Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Chef de Cuisine at the Boston Marriott Burlington. The role leads a high-volume kitchen, develops seasonal menus, and mentors the culinary team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Ideal candidates will manage daily ordering, collaborate with the Restaurant Manager, and ensure food safety, allergen awareness, and cost control while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a culinary team in a high-volume kitchen.
• Knowledge of state health codes and food safety practices.
• Active Food Handler certification is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the restaurant in the hotel and community.
• Create, cost, and implement seasonal and special menus.
• Attract, retain, and mentor top culinary talent.
• Manage daily ordering using current par levels for the restaurant.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to exceed guest expectations.
• Train culinary and operations teams on the menu and daily specials.
• Conduct daily kitchen walk-throughs and address cleanliness and safety.
• Lead weekly meetings to align prep, service, and communication.
• Control costs to achieve profitable operations and monitor allergen handling.
