Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Bartender to join the team at the Boston Marriott Burlington. You will deliver memorable hospitality, engage with guests, and craft beverages with precision and flair from a fast-paced bar, greeting guests, describing the menu, and ensuring timely service.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of bartender experience, current certification, strong knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current bartenders’ certification or appropriate license
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits
• Descriptive and able to upsell/menu items
• 2–4 years of bartender experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and guide them through the bar experience
• Maintain daily bar setup and stock
• Describe beverages and guide guests through the menu
• Take orders accurately and confirm special requests
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Finalize bills and ensure guest satisfaction
