TouchPoint, part of Compass Group USA, seeks an Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, ensuring safety and sanitation while directing meal preparation per corporate programs and guidelines. This is an energetic culinary leadership role with focus on quality and customer service.

You will manage menu planning, staff training, and adherence to standards, driving efficient kitchen performance and excellent client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Hands-on chef experience required.
• Experience with high-volume, complex foodservice operations.
• ServSafe certification considered highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus according to guidelines.
• Follows recipes, portions, and presentation standards with daily production worksheets.
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, safety, and sanitation.
