TouchPoint is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, ensuring safety and sanitary standards while directing meal preparation in line with corporate guidelines.

You will lead culinary staff, develop menus, maintain inventory, and uphold high standards of quality and presentation in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role offers growth and collaboration with Compass Group USA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Hands-on chef experience required.
• Extensive catering and high-volume foodservice experience.
• ServSafe certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus according to guidelines.
• Trains kitchen staff on food prep, safety, and sanitation.
• Maintains cleaning schedules for equipment and areas.
• Manages inventory to meet guidelines and availability.
• Adheres to health regulations and facility safety policies.
• Participates in departmental meetings and staff development.
