Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience; culinary management exposure.
• 3–5 years of progressive kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of food trends, sanitation, and cost controls.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in high-volume foodservice operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines.
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, safety and sanitation.
• Establishes cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment and areas.
• Maintains inventory within guidelines and ensures product availability.
• Complies with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
