Qualifications

• High volume, complex foodservice operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines.
• Follows standardized recipes, portioning and presentation standards.
• Trains kitchen staff on food preparation and sanitation.
• Maintains cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment and areas.
• Manages inventory to stay within guidelines and meet needs.
• Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
