Eurest in Anaheim, CA, is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary functions for a dining account and lead a team while ensuring safety and sanitation across the operation.

You will plan menus, control costs, purchase and manage inventory, and roll out culinary programs in concert with marketing and the culinary team. High-volume production and catering experience is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred.
• Three to five years of culinary management experience preferred.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Experience managing cost controls preferred.
