Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Hands-on chef experience with high-volume operations.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation, safe food handling and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus according to guidelines.
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation and sanitation per standards.
• Maintains inventory and scheduling for equipment and supplies.
• Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations and audits.
• Participates in departmental meetings and staff development.
