Job summary

SodexoMagic is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for Delta Sky Clubs at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. You will drive menu development, oversee production, and mentor kitchen teams in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.

In this role you will manage plate costing, inventory control, and food safety standards while partnering with clients and SodexoMagic leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts.
• 5+ years leading culinary teams in large-volume environments.
• ServSafe certification and HACCP knowledge required.
• Experience with Delta Sky Clubs or aviation catering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations across high-volume, multi-unit environments.
• Develop menus, recipes, and plate costing.
• Coach and develop culinary talent; ensure food safety standards.
