Qualifications

  • Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Management experience: 1–3 years.
  • Related experience: 1–3 years.
  • ServSafe certification and HACCP knowledge.
  • Proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens.

SodexoMagic is seeking an Executive Chef for the private Delta Sky Club at Jacksonville International Airport (JAX). We are seeking a culinary leader with a background in food and beverage within an upscale dining environment.

SodexoMagic is a joint venture between NBA Hall of Famer Earvin “Magic” Johnson and Sodexo. As a certified minority company, we provide food, facilities management and integrated services across corporate, healthcare, education and aviation.

You’ll lead the charge in standardizing operations, fostering team development, and crafting innovative menus that meet diverse client needs, all while building strong partnerships that elevate the dining experience.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range:

$56270 per year - $72820 per year
