Job summary

SodexoMagic is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for Delta Sky Clubs at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. You will drive menu development, oversee production, and mentor kitchen teams in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.

In this role you will manage plate costing, inventory control, and food safety standards while partnering with clients and SodexoMagic leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences across locations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts.
  • 5+ years leading culinary teams in large-volume environments.
  • ServSafe certification and HACCP knowledge required.
  • Experience with Delta Sky Clubs or aviation catering is a plus.

Responsibilities

SodexoMagic is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for one of the Delta Sky Clubs at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.SodexoMagic is a joint venture between NBA Hall of Famer Earvin “Magic” Johnson and Sodexo. You'll drive innovation in menu creation, coach and develop top-tier talent, and elevate standards through hands-on training and strategic support.Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities.
