Job summary

SkyChefs in Philadelphia is seeking an Executive Chef for a large-scale production kitchen serving travelers daily. You will lead a production-driven operation and drive quality, safety, and efficiency.

The role requires 5–7 years in commercial cooking with at least 2 in management; apprenticeship or culinary school certification preferred; strong financial acumen and proficiency with Microsoft tools.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in commercial cooking, with at least two years in a management position.
• Apprenticeship or Culinary school certification preferred.
• Additional certifications (e.g. diet chef, industrial chef) or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
• Financial understanding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Products.

Responsibilities
