Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 of the listed qualifications.
• Associate's degree in Culinary Services or Hospitality is preferred.
• CDM/CFSM or national certification in food service management and safety is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Food Services Department operations and coordinate with Clinical, Environmental, and Life Enrichment teams.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage staffing within labor budgets.
• Process diet changes and interview residents or families within 24–72 hours of admission.
• Maintain inventory of food, supplies, and equipment; purchase as needed.
• Control costs by adhering to the budget and using company spend-down sheet.
