At Sage Hospitality, Hotel Teatro in Denver seeks an Executive Chef to shape the farm‑to‑table menus at The Nickel with seasonal, local ingredients. Lead a skilled kitchen brigade, partner with the Director of Food and Beverage on business strategy, and uphold the entrepreneurial spirit that defines Sage’s dining program.

You will drive menu development, manage costs, and foster a collaborative, results‑oriented team culture in a historical, boutique hotel setting in Denver’s Theater District.

Qualificações

• Education: more than two years of post-high school education; no four-year degree required.
• 5–10 years of related kitchen/culinary leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of food-service management and F&B operations.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and oversee day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Recommend menu and procedural changes.
• Manage budget, food and labor costs within constraints.
• Lead and mentor kitchen staff; hire, train, coach, and evaluate.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards are met.
