Job summary

Autumn House Williamsburg, part of Cardinal Senior Living, seeks an Executive Chef to lead a high-volume senior dining program in Williamsburg, Michigan. You will own the kitchen from menu development to execution, build a culinary team, and balance creativity with food cost and service quality.

Qualifications

Professional culinary experience in senior living or high-volume hospitality.
Experience leading a kitchen and culinary team.
Strong menu-development and food-production skills.
Knowledge of food cost, purchasing, sanitation, inventory, and kitchen operations.
Excellent communication and people leadership.

Responsibilities

Oversee menu design, recipe development, and plate presentation.
Lead daily food preparation and dining service.
Manage hiring, scheduling, training, and development of staff.
Control food cost, procurement, inventory, and waste.
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
