Delta Hotel by Marriott Virginia Beach Waterfront is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in a fast-paced coastal resort. You will oversee menu development, food safety, and daily production, while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must have extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety and sanitation standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of all hotel policies and procedures.
• Lead interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff; address disciplinary actions as needed.
• Establish daily priorities and assign tasks to staff.
• Review menu specials and provide feedback to Sous Chefs.
• Oversee inventory, requisition supplies, and ensure quality of products.
