Qualifications

• Current, legal US work authorization required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in banquet and full‑service hotel restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership and guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Train, train, train! Build and monitor a consistent training program to prepare new members and ongoing learning.
• Communicate across hotel departments to ensure guest needs, special requests, and service issues are addressed.
• Lead guest interaction on the floor, resolve issues with confidence, and ensure positive guest outcomes.
