You will lead menu development, oversee kitchen operations, manage food and labor costs, build a high-performing team, and partner with leadership on strategy to elevate client satisfaction and drive growth across locations.

• Culinary leadership experience in a high-volume catering or banquet setting.
• Strong menu development and tasting leadership.
• Proven ability to manage food and labor costs and drive profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of catering menus based on client needs and budget.
• Oversee kitchen operations, maintain quality, and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage food and labor budgets and control costs across events.
• Develop culinary teams, set performance expectations and provide coaching.
• Collaborate with leadership on operational strategy and continuous improvement.
