You will plan and create menus, purchase and manage inventory, and roll out new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and the culinary team. This role emphasizes cost controls and driving high‑quality, high‑volume service.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of culinary management experience.
• High volume production and catering experience essential.
• Experience managing cost controls.
